How to choose your size
Our shirts and tank tops have a unisex fit, so go by your chest measurement rather than your usual size. Measure around the fullest part of your chest and compare it with the size chart on the product page. Our shirts are compression shirts and run small: if you are between sizes, or not sure, order one size up. The tank top has a looser fit and uses the same chest chart. Sizes run from S to 4XL.
Pocket placement
Shirts and tank tops have a controller pocket at the center front, so they work with a driveline on either side, and battery pockets with velcro straps under the arms. Leggings carry your equipment in a front pocket and at the hips.
Device fit
Our clothing is designed for HeartMate 3 and HeartMate 2 controllers and batteries. If you use a different device, contact us before ordering so we can check compatibility.
Frequently asked questions
Should I choose the shirt or the tank top?
Choose the shirt for a close compression fit that spreads the weight of your equipment evenly; the black shirt uses our highest-compression fabric. Choose the tank top for a looser fit, especially in warmer months.
Can I wear Genki Garb under my everyday clothes?
Yes. Our clothing holds your equipment close to your body, so it layers under regular clothing.
