Our Performance LVAD shorts are the black, firmer-fitting version of our LVAD shorts. They are made in our highest-compression fabric, which holds your controller and batteries close to your body. Compatible with HeartMate 2 and 3 devices.

- Turn Inside Out: Turn your shorts inside out before washing to help protect the reinforced stitching, pockets, and fabric from unnecessary wear.
- Machine Wash Cold: Wash in cold water using a gentle or delicate cycle. Avoid hot water, as excessive heat can weaken elastic fibers and affect the garment's fit and support.

Avoid Bleach and Fabric Softener
No Bleach: Harsh chemicals can damage the fabric and elastic fibers.
No Fabric Softener: Fabric softeners can leave residue that reduces breathability and moisture-wicking performance. - Tumble Dry on Low Heat: Use a low-heat setting to help preserve the garment's shape, elasticity, and pocket support. Avoid high heat. Air drying is also a gentle alternative.
- Do Not Iron or Dry Clean: Excessive heat and dry-cleaning chemicals can damage the fabric and compromise its elasticity.
